    Yep, in Reading. They race on the road that goes from the city park up to the Pagoda. No admission fee, just park at the bottom and wander around the pits and up to some of the lower corners. There's a shuttle bus too, which gives access further up the hill.

    i wouldn't say i'm impressed but it puts to shame the rest of the moe's that claim it takes 2-3 years to rebuild a highway. buckley set a new standard for the lazy bastards that take a break every 10 minutes and scratch their ass, build the damn road paid by the hour and not the job.
