How does one find a missing POD? The story below is from our Church. Really a bad deal that a POD carrying all of the groups equipment and clothes has gone missing.

Okay friends. We need help. As we do every year that we head to Mexico for our mission trip with Amor Ministries, our trip participants filled a PODs moving and storage moving container with all of their clothes, supplies, etc to be sent to San Diego. In the past We have always arrived in San Diego, retrieved all of the things from the Pod and then drive across the border to a community where we spend a week building a home for a family in need. When our advance crew arrived to the @podsofficial facility yesterday in San Diego they were told that not only was our Pod not there to access, but that they can not track it. This Pod was picked up in Opelika, AL on June 12th and has been in transit to San Diego since then. 12 days. We have a large group of teenagers arriving there today who will now have nothing but the clothes they have on and a small carry-on. Not only does this affect the family we are serving who have worked on their side of things to earn this home, but these kids have spent more than a year fundraising to be a part of this. It is devastating for all involved if we cannot get our belongings and complete this trip. Once we cross the border into Mexico we only have 4 days to build this home. At this point I am posting this in the hopes that everyone who sees it will share the post and please TAG @podsofficial We have to get someone to help us. Please first pray that God will be glorified in all of this and second, please share and ask everyone who sees your post to do the same and tag the company. After hours and hours making calls to no avail, this is a last resort to try to get assistance.

 

Productive morning! Got truck cleaned and winch wire rope out ready to replace with the synthetic. Wire rope had a bad kink in it. Like all things I need a spacer mount due to the recess in the ARB bumper to get the Hawse Fairlead to fit.

I’ve got an Uncle that has that same bike! Same color everything. He loves that bike. If he ever decides to stop riding maybe I can end up with it. He’s in his 70s. ​

 

Now days you’d think the company would have a tracker on it.

 

One would think... But apparently they have no idea
