They'll get the job done. Those are OE replacements. For a few bux more you can get the 5100's though. Gives you the option to incrementally lift the front or keep it stock height.

    EDIT:
Even better. Here's all 4 as a package for $350

I appreciate it... Are Gabriels or Monroe's any good?

I mean, I know there's a huge fanbase for the Bilstein's, and probably for good reason, but my wife and I are in debt and paying for me to be a full time college student (CASH!) so I admit if I see a price tag of $20.00 vs a price tag of 65.00 for the rear shocks... I have to ask.

I know you get what you pay for, but basically, will they last 75,000 miles like the originals? I don't need lift or anything like that, hell we're struggling to find $$ for oil changes, so...

I don't off-road, I drive everyday in my truck, so I really don't have any special need for HD stuff... Whaddya think?

Been there! The regular billy OE replacements will serve you well. Quite honestly, I wouldn't skimp on the fronts. They are a giant PITA to change.

As for the rear, I don't know the first thing about Gabriels but they say "lifetime warrenty." It's only two bolts on each side to change out for the rears soooo.....

My mom put Monroe's on her little Blazer and they served her well for a couple years. Blew out shortly after, but they had a lifetime warrenty as well so they were replaced for free (well the shocks were free replacement and her loving son did the free labor).
