I’ve got an 06 Tacoma with a v6 in it and I have both error codes PO335 and PO345 along with oil in cylinder 6, is there a good possibility that all of those issues are linked together and cause for bigger concern or is it just bad luck and I have 3 separate issues?

    Oil in the cylinder?
Or in the spark plug well?

335 is for the crank sensor. “Lost communication with ECM”
Does your tach move when cranking?

Oil is in the cylinder itself, when I removed the spark plug the tip of of it was completely drenched. The tach does not move when cranking

Was there oil on the coil boot?
The part that snaps over the plug?
Are you sure the oil didn’t come from the plug well?

It might have since there was oil on the coil boot as well so I'd say there is a higher probability of that

Yeah, it probably came from the well.
When you removed the spark plug, the oil went into the cylinder.
The oil was seeping around the threads as you were taking it out too.
That’s likely where the oil on the plug came from.

The codes however, are likely not attributed to the oil/plug.
    You have another issue there.

That would make sense, since the codes are for the camshaft positioning sensor and crankshaft positioning sensor is there a chance that it might be the timing chain?

Possibly, does it crank normally and not like it has no compression?
You can also look down the oil fill with a light while someone cranks it to see if the chain is turning.

I think it cranks normally, what would be the best way to check if it has no compression?

    Compression gauge.

Heres a video reference of what no compression sounds like.

If the timing chain caused the CKP to loose signal, you’d know it by the sound.
The only way I know that could happen is physical damage to the sensor or sensor plate? (Aside from wiring)

You didn’t say, but I assume the truck doesn’t run?
What happened just before and when the truck stopped running?

Oh ok I think we were assuming it was a no start.

So it runs but consistently sets P0335 and P0445?

Since I don’t have a borescope, how difficult is it to disassemble everything to the point where I can take a look at it?

Well you need valve cover gaskets anyway since you had oil in the spark plug tubes so you would be able to see everything with the valve covers off.
It still would be nice to know beforehand because if the reluctor is indeed broken that's a much bigger project to fix.
