Cleghorn was a blast!

 

Well, these showed up yesterday so naturally I had to try them out. Smoked. They're darker in daylight but not blacked out.

THEY WON'T FIT. glad I started with the passenger side. Less stuff to temporarily remove. The front angled plate that mounts to the trans support crossover is WAY OFF. I triple checked and know I ordered the right ones. What a waste of my time.

 

Dumb question but they look side specific. Were you trying to put the d.s. on the p.s.?
And how much beer did you have 1st?

Two-fold. Pulled the front seats out and used zip ties to keep the metal bar at the seam of my Rough Country seat covers between the seat and backrest. It had been popping out, making the covers look messy.

Then I added a set of Seat Jackers on each side.

Anyone find a pistol holster that will clip to the Desert Does It molle panel? The one I have is too long and hits the floor. Maybe I need one with a cant.

 

Cali Raised Led step edition sliders for my 22 Tacoma are defective.

 

Do you have some pictures of this? My covers do the same thing..well at least the drivers side does.. mine are a few years old now and they seem to be doing this more and more.

 

Shoot, no I didn’t take any. I used three on each side. I did a loop around the bar itself, then ran a tie perpendicular through the loop and around one of the wires on the bottom of the seat.

 

You can probably make a mount to bolt to the molle to give you more lift

Did you start with the 14mm bolt installed by the factory? The YouTube video Cali raised filmed for the installation is boring af but they don’t miss anything in it.

 

Never been happy with the GPS built into my 2017 Entune head unit so I mounted a 7" Garmin GPS to my BDRM.

 

lol... the front bracket is way off. I can't even get the slider against the side or the bottom of the frame to get the holes lined up. The 14mm bolt was my next step after I had the slider in place toughing the frame. But no can do.

 

It’s at that fucked up angle? Also it might square up once you get it closer to being in place, possibly. I would bend it before sending it back. I have installed a couple sets of Cali raised sliders. Freight charges aren’t fun.

 

Agreed. Freight charges suck.
Had he ordered a set of sliders and said specifically to make them not fit his truck, that would be one thing.
If you order something, you expect it to fit, and if it doesn't fit due to their mistake, they should be responsible for sending him a new working set, and if they want the old ones back, they can pay for it.
He's already paid once. Not responsible for their mistakes.
