    Sounds deadened/insulated my trucks back wall, back floor and front floor boards. Definitely a little quieter. Can hear the turbo a bit more and less exhaust. Should keep it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter...

    Nice find!!! I'd keep it if you got it for a great price!

    I used this. Pretty cheap and can be found in store. Might need 2 or 3 to do you're rear wall and floor.
    Get some strong isopropyl alcohol (I have some 99% I got from ACE) and wipe everything down before you apply it, vacuum it and then put it down and work out the air bubbles.

    With my old Tacoma on the rear wall I put 3M sound deadening then the Frost King. I'd recommend the 3M stuff on the back wall too as it's more of an actual sound deadener than the foam duct insulation.

    The black rubber is the 3M layer...

    For sure. I've wanted sliders for a while, just for the added peace of mind. These popped up on Facebook marketplace, brand new in their original packaging, for $300 off MSRP. I had planned on buying these exact ones when I got back anyways!

    Did a few things to my truck recently.
    Got some fun pics at one of my dad's construction projects, added a short antenna, took out the turbo silencers so they sound louder and removed the blow off valve silencing tube so now it sounds much much louder. Definitely get smiles when it whistles! Also cleaned the engine bay just a little bit...
