I live in a part of Canada where rust is a serious issue and after 4 decades of vehicles I swear by this stuff as the only thing that really works. I get it professionally applied. The guy does an extremely thorough job starting with cleaning each area then meticulously applying this stuff that is like a thinner Vaseline. Stuff like fluid film doesn’t do it here. It’s reapplied every summer

No. Corrotec with a C. The specific stuff he’s using is this I think

    55H/P AMBER ADHESIVE OIL
This oil, wax and antioxidant additive based formula is designed to be applied to all surfaces, exposed or not. The high-pressure application chases humidity and infiltrates into access-restricted zones. Following the application, contrary to the competition, there will be no oil stains under the vehicle.

This liquid products infiltrate everywhere without dripping. Within a few hours, upon evaporation of the solvents, the wax (amber) solidifies to imprison the oil and thereby prevent the product from spreading into the environment. This product will take on the consistency of grease. During the year, this product will continue to work against rust by seeping gently into the folds.

Do you note if the product collects much dirt and such between annual applications?
Your frame pic does not indicate a heavy dirt attractor! :)

There is a dust that collects on it but I don’t off road or even travel on dirt roads that frequently. It never hardens.
