That's what I am trying! What I hate is that if I am saving up then the item would be sold out before I am ready to purchase...

Unless I win lottery or something. In that case, I get all done, no problem.

I agree. I almost purchased new tires a few times recently, not because I need them yet but because I’m afraid the price will skyrocket or they’ll be hard to get like a few years ago.

This is definitely the most expensive hobby I have ever had

Yeah. My topper cost $3k which is most expensive mod on the truck. The headlights cost $1600 which is second expensive mod.

Yep the topper was definitely the most expensive for me so far as well. It’s so worth the money though, I haven’t regretted that purchase once.

The headlights on my Tacoma are so much better than the ones on the Ram I had before that I don’t even feel the need to change them lol

I also like the amber DRLs on the SR5, I feel like it gives it an old school 2nd Gen look. Those aftermarket headlights are awesome though.

I understand that... I like the light show on them when unlock your truck.. Which is why I am planning to get new aftermarket ones later for that reason.

I think if I got new headlights the main reason would be for those amber DRLs that are the full LED loop. Like these:

That's what I have in white DRL... mine is 1st gen of XB..

I want amber version of it. Either XB or other headlights with unlock light show on it.

Have you had any problems with them? I read alot of reviews saying they don’t fit or only last a couple years, impossible to aim, etc.

HA.. Those are haters which they are jealous.. I have no problems with mine... you can adjust the aim...

If you want standard blinking, leave the plug alone. If you want sequential, then plug the plug. (not talking about headlight plug... just for turn signal feature whether you want blinking or sequential.)

Maybe It could be other way.. I will have to look when I go to my truck in the morning. It's dark now.

I can post a pic of it if you don't know what I am talking about.

I get what you mean! That’s good to hear you like them. When I first got the truck I was thinking about getting the morimoto’s because I love that amber DRL they have, but all the bad reviews and the price turned me away.

I guess a lot of people don’t come here to talk about their good experiences with products though.

I haven't used high beam much... Low beam works wonderful... I can see everything around in front of me. Only time I use high beam is at off road parks.

I don’t use high beams much either, my diode dynamics fog lights are so bright I never need extra light

lol.. I don't use fogs much. But my factory fogs work for wide angle for corners in the dark areas. That way, I don't run into ditch or curb while I make a turn. My lightbar on cab rack works for wide angle too. In the middle part of lightbar is spotlight. Which I can see miles away such as reflective signs out there. Especially the high beam in headlights.

I had a chance to get out on the trails again today. I didn’t get too many pics because me being stupid, I bought a large cup of coffee at the gas station just before the pavement ended. Then I proceeded to spend the entire trail ride trying to avoid spillage
