    Can it be use as is?

    If not, Do you have to cut the foot rest off then reattach on the other side, then sand and repaint?

    Already fixed as Rob said. Took a rubber mallet and bumped one of the legs to expose the nail so I could cut the nails to pull the piece out. Worked out pretty good.
