I bought the truck used. The previous owner had the frame replaced due to rot. I went to the dealer and got a printout of the services done but it’s very vague. Along with the frame they replaced body plugs (code ZH6). The print out doesn’t say what else was replaced at the time of the frame replacement but I can obviously see underneath:
    new spare tire bracket
    New brake lines
    New lower control arms
    New leaf springs
Does anyone know what else is typically done?
I’m particularly interested in wether or not they replaced:
    Transmission fluid
    Coolant
    Differential
    Transfer case
I assume if they did the brake fluid since they did the brake lines.
The truck only has 40k miles but it’s 13 years old and I want to replace the fluid that hasn’t already been done. Any help would be appreciated.

I doubt they're going out of their way to replace drivetrain fluids. Who would pay for it? The frame job gets covered by corporate because it qualifies due to rust, the fluids are just fluids.. if the dealer can't get corporate or the customer to pay they're not touching it. They slam the frame under the truck as quickly as possible and ship it

Check the steering shaft coupler, they are exposed and like to rust

Somewhere on TW, there is the packet in .pdf form that outlines what all gets replaced.
I’ll see if I can find it.

OP, if its on your mind you're probably the type who will sleep best after having done the work themselves. Nothing you listed is hard to do. The trickiest part is getting into temp check mode and doing the ATF level check procedure correctly. But plenty of references and resources on here to show you how.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
I don’t touch the coolant, transmission fluid or a/c. We leave the engine in the cab.

brake fluid and power steering fluid are fucked with.

Some dealers do it differently though

I'd replace all except brake fluid, because you can't be assured of what was done and what wasn't done.
