LS Swap with RSG Tranzilla, Custom hi clearance front bumper, Relentless: Slider's, bed rails, rear bumper, Prinsu with 40" BD s8. Dirt Designs 3.5 LT. Archive Garage rear towers/shackle flip/SUA. King Air bumps. King LT Coilovers in front. King 12x2.5 in rear. ARB rear air locker and twin compressor. SCS f5's with 33" Ridge Grapplers. 20" S8 mounted in bumper, squadron sport fog lights, squadron pro backup lights, LP6's bumper mounted.
Sounds to me like there might still be air in the system somewhere. With that tundra booster and master on upgraded 4Runner brakes on 35’s I had zero issues stopping. So with the stop techs it shouldn’t be an issue unless that master is still too small but I don’t think others have had this issue but those 38’s are heavy tires though I’m sure.

I would guess air i the master potentially or lines. I had to bleed mine a few times to get mine to feel decent. Did you have the 38's on before you add the stoptechs? with the tundra master id assume you should have no issues. I have the electronic one and its good but takes time to warm up (likely the pad compound I am running). Additionally, I also have the rear stoptech kit which is also nice but on hard stop almost too nice. According to scales my truck sits 1000lbs heavier than yours as well.

Betcha it’s air in the abs. Seems to be a common thing when air is introduced into the lines. You could try slam the brakes on dirt or gravel to activate the abs, then bleed again. I don’t know if it’ll work for certain.

The abs module should be renamed to the air magnet.

@Torspd and I watered the street down and slammed on my brakes to activate the abs system to get air out of my brakes. Doesn't need to be fast 20 and under will be fine. Can repeat as needed however the best results was from activating the pump with a snap on scan tool.

What type of brake master cylinder are you running? Mine was the old mechanical MC. Swapped it for a “Sequoia”. Got a kit from SOS Performance. Takes less effort to stop.
