btw did you see that Kopi won the Lady Byng trophy at the NHL awards? think he's won it a few times before too, probably one of the most underrated forwards in the game

Looks like they are working on picking up Dubois from Winnipeg too and trading Vilardi and Iafallo, not sure how I feel about that. Dubois is known to be a diva and downer in the locker room

 

If he was on the east coast he would be a house hold name.
Not sure how I feel about Dubois, that's a lot to give up for him and is he going to demand a trade again in 2 years.

 

yeah he's bounced around a lot and demands a really high salary which isn't a good sign. But I did read that for him to agree to an LA trade, that would mean that LA was on his list of places he'd be willing to go so maybe it won't be so bad. And Vilardi is injury prone but I like the guy

 

I think Winnipeg was on his list last time and he already wants to go. Maybe he didn't realize how cold it is there.
Plus kings still need a second goalie.

I guess Iafallo had a big contract, so in giving up him, Vilardi and Kupari for Dubois maybe they did free up some space even with Dubois big contract

 

They did make room but 8.5 mill is a lot of money. I hope he pans out.
