FWIW yellow can be a real bitch to get matched up perfectly. My Buell, shown in my avatar, has been repainted by a guy who has won awards for some of his work and yet my panels show some variation in color from panel to panel even though all pieces were done at the same time and with the same batch of paint. A friend had a late 90's Triumph Tbird Sport, factory paint bought new, and the tank, side covers, and rear fender all varied in shade.

Yes it’s for the R3 and no it’s not a dedicated track bike. When I reached out all they said was it was aftermarket and the paint won’t match factory colors. Which obviously doesn’t make sense because they painted the entire body work. Then they offered 15% refund

While I don't disagree with your sentiments, what exactly were you expecting for $600 including paint? Is there a chance that the damage occurred during shipping? Some of it sort of looks that way.

That’s why I started the post with “ I guess you get what you pay for”
There were also other parts with finger prints in the clear. And yes some of the damage could have happened during packing or shipping. The box was perfect though. No damage to the out side at all.

For reference though you can purchase brand new factory body work for 500 but in factory colors. I may just buy the 60th anniversary body work and be done with it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not arguing that you should be satisfied with what you got, but the price point is pretty telling. At one point I bought an aftermarket body kit (unpainted) for my previous bike and the quotes I was getting to paint it were basically double the cost of the kit itself. This wasn't even a full set of fairings, just a multipiece belly pan, radiator guards, passenger seat cover and rear hugger.

Hope you get it sorted with the seller! It may be worth filing a shipping damage claim as well.

I didn’t get the feeling you were arguing at all. I get it 100% but just expected a little more.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Yeah comms are bitch :) I got several that have worked intermittently.
    The Cardo’s are nice.

I have a Cardo Freecom 4+ but it doesn't work well with my bike. I might need GMRS. Like a Baofeng UV-9G

I have some of their 10w radios. They work well for our group rides.
The Packtalk is better than the freecom for sure.

I' m still using the older Sena SMH 10 set up. Not as full featured as the newer stuff but simple and holds up well. Mine have survived use during torrential rain, heat, and freezing temps and still work.

I just need a radio. I don't even need constant contact haha. But bluetooth would be nice.

Should have kept my older Sena 20S Evo. Didnt have mesh, but at least it let my apple car play work

I'm on the SMH10R and in the last couple weeks one speaker has started to go out. Haven't taken the time yet to figure out if it's a fatigued cable somewhere or what, but I did some looking around at newer options and I can't find anything that is nearly as slim as this one is. Granted the battery pack is mounted separately, but still, they all seem to stick way far out there.

Anyone know of a com system that has real a real good headset to listen to music on? My sena sounds like it’s in a tin can.

Friendly reminder that wearing gear is a good idea. Watched a guy meet the side of a merging Camry on my way to the grocery store a few hours ago.

He was OK, but that bike is a writeoff. He didnt seem to be too banged up but had good gear on from what I could see.
