    It's better than my "garage". Converted carport that had vinyl on the ceiling that I took down. They were covering the horribly peeling paint on the old 3/8" plywood. I got to scrape and sand it all to paint it to pass a USDA inspection when I sell.

    I'd love to have that slop sink in my garage as well. But, it isn't heated and I'm too lazy to turn off valves and drain the water before winter. So, I just mess up the nice kitchen sink I installed :laugh:
