+1 for EBC. I have their RedStuff pads on my Audi and they are great. Great wear life, low dust, no noise.

Just checked and they don't make RedStuff for trucks. I'd have to look at YellowStuff and GreenStuff and compare again... and now they have Extra Duty PLUS and mention them being ideal for trucks with oversized tires and/or lifted suspension. I don't need them now, but would put EBC at the top of my research list when I do.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
The Green Stuff is what I was looking at, saw a lot of positive feedback.

Oh there will be some mods all right
From what I've seen body armor seems to be an all right brand. Not top of the line but not junk either

I've got green stuff on my truck, the dust is pretty bad, but if you're better about washing it than me you're probably ok. They're grabbier than OEM which can lead to some "harshness" when coming to a full stop, but overall I'm happy for the price.

Anyone have any experience with Bosch Quietcast? I have a table somewhere with three brake setups I'd like to try, all varying by price. Surprisingly full OEM comes out as the pricier option. Bosch is a good entry price and Brembo was somewhere in the middle. This is all from shopping around Rock Auto and various dealers for OEM.

RCI is having a sale right now.... :D

Was out in BFE Arkansas for the last 6 days and holy hell y'all talk a lot. As far as spending money on green stuff, OEM are cheaper and have identical friction coefficient.

The last set I got off Amazon (pads & rotors), the set before that was from am-autoparts, the set was like $65 w/ free shipping IIRC.

    And both performed as expected.

I've found Toyota OEM ceramic rated FG and GreenStuff rated GG. Basically means OEM grab better after getting to higher heat. Regardless, that's just one factor to consider. There's dust, noise and wear life, not to mention your subjective preferred "feel."

So @OldSchlPunk and @Aztec120 what you need to do for us is get 3 or 4 different sets each and report back on your findings. I don't trust the interwebs but yous guys seem to be pretty trustworthy!

But I've met them in person, and with help, I could throw them out of a window.

Picture of Golden Lake from yesterday. It's not even a big lake and you can't see across. This is pretty crazy!

I had to Google what that meant. Sounds about right, when I can barely see across a small lake.
