    Lol, had a site walk which was indoors. Then about a mile walk outside to get some Portillo's. Let me tell you, between the heat, and wearing Cat2 FR gear and boots while carrying my backpack and suitcase, I didn't even notice the smoke :bananadead:

    I have spent so much time on the west coast and in Canada during the fires maybe I just didn't think about it.

    Well I spoke too soon. Just landed in Dallas for another walkthru and I'll take smoke and 80 over full sun and 100 any day. Really gotta get out of this FR gear!

    Yeah this week is especially busy. Started the day in Philly, then Chicago, now Dallas. Will end the week in Blacksburg then a glorious 7 days off!
