Had a RAV4 last week that hadn't had an oil change in 3 years and had been sitting for most of that time. The last oil change it had was 15,000 mi before it was parked in the lady didn't understand why it ran like shit. She also didn't want to fix anything or treat anything or deal with anything.

 

My MiL's chevy suv is 'leaking' she says, card table sized puddle she says. Took it to a shop "its not leaking, it's condensation". Her: ITS NOT CONDENSATION!! Calls her Mechanic friend, explains, him: "Is it condensation?" REEEE
I told my wife to tell her to taste it and let us know what she thinks it is. Her bf/exbf (don't ask), thinks it's leaking from the 'water pump'. He probably literally thinks it runs pure water....

It's fine, if it doesn't cut across the driver's view. I've had a cracked windshield for like 4 years now. It cracked in a nice oval around the defrost vent. A new windshield is less than my insurance deductible... Now it has about 5 large rock chips and a peppering of tiny ones. Still works, still passes inspection.

 

I mean I am a state inspector so it's not a big deal but... Just annoying when stuff breaks
