    Sorry for the poor quality, still haven't replaced my camera. This is at an intersection. Guy was parked on the sidewalk. Instead of going down the road a bit more, or parking infront of the store, or parking in the freaking store parking lot. To top it off, he did an illegal u-turn from where he was parked with a motorcycle next to him.
