18-22 drank the most...tapered off after that. Couldnt do drugs. Drugs/weed Still not my thing. I'll have a beer or two here and there

 

I do know what 'bless your heart' means . . .

I had some foolish idea that maybe, just maybe I could make it to TW SS this year, it wasn't a real goal but I do like seeing what everyone got. Christmas is not really my thing - too many horrid memories of forced family time.

 

Yeah everyone here knows I'm not like that at all. Mom woulda kicked my butt if I came home drunk etc...

Never been to a Waffle House either

 

You gotta experience Waffle House at least once.

 

I also did other stuff back then - it was around, I was bored and needed an escape from the home life; fumé mucho

Now I just have a beer or a mojito with dinner and that is about it..


I also had an alcoholic parent - watching that debacle and suicide learnt me real good..

I've been to Dennys and IHOP.

 

My parents and I came to an 'agreement' - as long as I got good grades and my grades did not decline, I could do WTF ever I wanted [for real] just had to be home before they got up to go to work.

They had their own problems, so they couldn't be bothered with me.

We got an inch and a quarter last week which brought some of the grass back to life.

 

to experience Waffle house...it must be done between 12am to 6am...I've only been couple times around normal breakfast hours...

i had a alcoholic/druggie step-dad. Never did hit me, there was a couple times i know he hit my mom. I left for military @17 yrs old and few years later she was ready to divorce him after 14yrs or so of marriage. About that time she got cancer and it took her before she could file for divorce.
