I'm running a sub compact slide on a cut down carry frame. Your going to need to get some taller sights for a DPP. I running Dawson sights and they are pretty high.



Ive always wanted a single stack 9mm 1911. Picked this up yesterday.

 

Find-a-scope-a-home day: Vortex 6-18x44 to CZ. Bushnell 6-18x50 to Ruger. Burris 3-9x50 to Norinco. Simmons 4x34 to Mossberg. Now they all need to be sighted in.

Nice! I recently bought several thousand rounds of 9mm while on a trip through Utah. Different brand. paid $220/thousand. Out of curiosity mind telling us what you paid?

that's pretty good! I remember $180/1k 9mm before price increase.

but those days might be gone. I also remember $90/1k for 7.62x39.

 

The trigger is great, look into Lazy Wolf Triggers. Takes it to another level. They also can do full custom builds with modifications to the action. Also sold on the HK site, they are legit.

that’s why my HK45 still only has the 2 mags it came with.

I’m always like “I should get more mags for it” and then end up buying ammo instead. With a 10 round standard capacity I’m never in a rush to get extras for a rainy day.
