    Welp, I didn’t get the job I interviewed with last week. I received the “Thank you but” email. We’ll see what my current job comes back with for a schedule. Not holding much hope that they’ll reduce my hours after talking with the boss.

    We had a bluetick shepherd mix named "Tip" when we were first married, I went TDY for a couple weeks. Kristi let him sleep on my side of the bed while I was away. When I got back home there was quite the confrontation over who was sleeping where. Same dog, when we bought our mobile home, after set up, the salesman came to run the checksheet on everything while I was at work ... ole Tip gave the guy the "no f'n way are you coming in here" stance and growl. Kristi had to just flat out tell the guy "you'll hafta to come back when my husband is home." Hadn't thought of Tip for a long time. He was a good dog and Kristi never felt afraid when I was working nights or gone TDY with him around. :)

    Mine doesn't say she's 29 but continues to act like she is. During these last few days of poor air quality, she has been out in the yard cleaning up weeds and overgrown vines for hours at a time. I keep telling her she isn't as young as she used to be, but all that gets me is a dirty look. :anonymous:
