I see leafy YJ stuff. It's early, but not early enough for that tricksy trick to work

Seriously though, we only need to disconnect one side right? Or will the bar still be in the way?

Hello fellas been under a rock lately sorry for the absence. This thing is headed to become a new toaster oven or curling iron this afternoon.

Ps. The f150 pulls so much better than this tacoma ever did

Today at work I'm waiting on everything. So pretty slow Friday. :pccoffee:
Dropping the truck off after work to finally have the ABS and brakes bled of air so I feel more confident on the switchbacks in CO. Took it in Monday after talking to the Service guy on the phone and scheduling to WAIT for them to do it and get there and they tell me that they couldn't get it done before they close so Id have to drop it off. I told them I literally have to drive it to work. :annoyed: So Friday it is. I'll pick it up Saturday afternoon.

    Scheduling is tough lol

IIRC the bleed procedure is partially done with a PC hooked up to the OBD port?

    Yup.

Just ditch it entirely. Weight savings, plus easier to get to suspension bits.

I had to do some “evasive driving” on 435 during afternoon rush hour yesterday that is leading me to question removing it. Its still a “daily” and I still have a 3 year old in the back seat.

A lot of people like their kids enough to hedge their bets in regards to safety.

Some people though... they absolutley need that extra 2 inches ;)

I've always wanted to hook up an oscilloscope to my truck and spend the rest of my life decoding the CAN bus signals so I can do my own brake bleeding before I die
