My Google fu is on fire and I can't get it to cool down.

 

Thunderstorm that came thru here about 3 was no joke. I was attempting to take photos in the cow field but got hammered by 70mph winds. I had to kneel down and wait for the gust front to subside before I could make my way back thru the trees to the house. I was legitimately concerned about a tree coming down on me so I just kneeled in the field until the gust front passed.

 

Dang 70 mph? It cleared a bunch of dead limbs out of my trees. It’s a good thing the ground wasn’t wet or we would have had some blow over.

 

@Toyotacrawler were you taking pics of the front coming in?

 

I was attempting to. My camera was still set for lightning and while I was changing the settings I got smashed by the wind.

 

What were you needing? I’m already in process of expressing something for someone from a FB thread who lives in Vance which is pretty close to T-Town. Maybe he can help getting what you need to me when I try and meet up with him.

Softopper a guy has listed on FB marketplace is over that way. I have not at all engaged the seller so if the window of opportunity is immediate it may not work out, which is completely fine.

A Softopper is a want, not a need. I run a hardtop full time, but kinda like the idea of the Softoppers versitility during the summer.

 

Well just let me know. I plan on traveling through Birmingham on July 3-4. So might be able to work something out. So going to try and connect with Josh and drop his bed cover off.
