Yep.

 

Weekend plan to get fire pit finalized and install the pump on the "water trailer" so
they are ready to go for the weekend of the 4th. Probably be on the 1st so nobody has to go to work the next day
but we'll see.

 

Got the fire pit completed. No pics since I was exhausted.
Nothing like plasma cutting inside a tank essentially.
Boss is out of state all week, so of course I feel terrible and am chained to this place.

 

Hard to like this all the way. Are you next in line when boss is out?

 

Everything is always alleged. Currently wondering why we pay people around here.
I guess I'm just too old school to think you'd actually work to earn your pay.
Or completely finish a job task.

Very true. Most work harder to get out of work than what it would take to do it.

 

No joke, many of us have said it too. Maybe a 50/50 one ha ha

 

Yup.

3 of us at the shop set personal records for hours/jobs turned this pay period.

Hint: none of us are close to the top.

Doesn't matter how hard I work there are people here that outrank me and therefore "closer" to the top. Higher certs, years of service, etc

 

Yup I’ve worked my way up with mostly my unmatchable work ethic and out smarting people. Just about burnt out though. Only a few more years and I can retire from career 1.

Finally had a minute to post these bad boys
Only took a month

 

It is with great sadness, and with much hurt that must mention the passing of the namesake of 2Fang Engineering.

Ming. His name was Ming.


Ask anyone who knew him, he was the coolest little dog ever. Never a yapper, not much of a biter.
Always ready to just chill and be mellow. Loved Blue Moon, it was his favorite. Almost took one of my
fingers off when I thought he'd had enough. So much of a big dog mentality, in a little 12lb package.

Unfortunately he succumbed to paralysis due to a narrowing of his spinal cord, which rendered him
unable to feel anything that involved much voluntary action. He was 17 years old, showing his determination
that 2Fang was founded on. Considering he had been neutered due to a tumor at age 7, only had two teeth left,
survived a triple rollover car accident, almost went due to a bleeding issue that put his blood count at 12, and was half blind
and deaf the last few years.

We will carry on in his memory, and due our best to better ourselves in his indominable spirit.
The 2Fang OG will not be forgotten.

I love you buddy, you were the best.
