Hello everyone! Figured since the wife and I will be moving to AZ later this year I should stop in and say hi. We'll be moving from WI probably in the September/October time frame. This won't be my first time living in AZ but will be hers. We currently are looking at houses in the Surprize area.

I've been lurking in the AZ threads for a while now and you all seem like a great bunch! Looking forward to meeting everyone and doing some trails.

    Here is my Build Thread

Guys i traded my truck in for this one. Carolina style has really got me smitten. Especially the speakers that point outward which are required to be running at a minimum of 100 decibels at all times playing gangsta rap dropping allll the n-bombs when youre a 19 year old white boy in a tank top and trucker hat.

Man, fucking Amazon. Had a driver deliver a package this morning and come back 8 minutes later to steal it. Got it all on doorbell camera and submitted it to Amazon to investigate.

He probably delivered the wrong parcel to yours. Dumb on his side to steal it otherwise…

All re seating the T stat does is interrupt the Fan and Compressor cycle. Can just set everything thing to Off. Wait a few minutes. Turn the breaker off for the handler and disconnect for the condenser unit. Wait 10mins. Turn everything back on. Then set to cool inside and check if you fans come on, handler and condenser and then if the compressor kicks on. If the fan are on but condenser never does. A easy thing is to check the capacitor. But you need a voltmeter that can do that. Some boards have leds to use for troubleshooting but that can get into the pressure switches etc.

Also, change your filters every month. These "90 day" filters are not what they say. Thats for a unit in a house, no kids. no animals. Barely any contaminants and all it is is a bunch of media in a way ti doesn't clog as fast. Just change em every month. If you rent it may or may not fall on you or the company to change it.

I doubt it, just based on his mannerisms. The package initially delivered looked like the appropriate size of what I ordered. He marked it as handing it directly to a resident, so no picture, and when he came back to take it, he stayed out of view of the camera. It’s the same car though so I know it’s him.

I’d be curious to see what their investigation discovers but I doubt I’ll ever know.
