Morning all

 

Sitting in the garage drinking coffee, watching it pour outside. Hopefully the yellow lawn turns green, amazing what a good rain can do.

 

Hardy a cloud in the sky here.

 

We need the rain bad
Dad I’m bored, it’s raining out.

 

I don't know if I told you about the encounter I had with a kind police officer. I was in Northern Wisconsin on my way to meet up with the WI TW folks. I was in a 55 zone doing 71-72 ish. Cop went by me, I looked in my mirror and saw him turn around. I pulled over right away and waited for him. Turned the truck off, rolled down the window and had my hands on the steering wheel holding my license.

He was nice and just gave me a verbal warning.

We've had so much wind the last couple years my "lawn" is pretty much weeds...but it's green!

 

Did the same here other week when i got pulled. failure to stop and 38 in a 25. gave signal i was pulling over soon as i got to a safe spot for them,window down,hands on wheel with liscense and concel carry permit in my hand. got a warning on the speed. this week they put in camera radar till construction is done. takes a pic of your plate and they mail you a ticket if over a certain mph. this is a major route with thousands of cars a day.

my oldest retired from the big league softball leagues this year. has went to play in a few tourneys in Ronoake and Richmond. but he was asked to play local this weekend for a fundraiser tourney. its an alumni tourney. highschools playing each other to raise money. he was asked to play. so Joy went yesterday and they were still undefeated as of this morning. some of his highschool coaches were also playing. they were awsome college players. being a fundraiser you could buy a wrist band to hit unlimited homers. wife said he sent abunch out of the park. 32 yrs old and still got the power. pretty proud dad here,and being an Earnhadt fan ive had him wearing #3 since T-ball and he stuck with that number

 

All that hauling deer meat through the woods does it..
