Not grill related, fuck it. Went for a long golf cart ride and came home and made BLTs last night.

Just out of curiosity, who is planning on grilling tomorrow for the 4th? Keep your phones handy for pics everyone. I hope we see a bunch of photos Wednesday.

I'll be grilling chicken and baby backs. Not sure what sides yet, mom is coming up with the meat from her butcher.

Seasoned the chicken wings with a teaspoon each of Cayenne Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Kosher Salt and Black Pepper with about a tablespoon of oil on the wings to hold the fun stuff.

Grilled over direct heat for about 25 minutes.

    The Sauce is

    2 Tablespoons butter
    2 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Oil
    The Zest of 1 Lime
    The Juice of 1 Lime
    1 Tablespoon Honey
    1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
    2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
    2 Tablespoons sliced Green Onions

Melt butter and add everything else, reserving a bit of Parsley and Green Onion for garnish.

Cook for 2 to 3 min and pour over wings.

    Have extra napkins ready.
