    My sister was in Wyoming yesterday and happened upon a car show. She knows I’m partial to GTO’s having had a ‘69 Ram Air IV GTO.

    She was just strolling through with her husband and snapped these couple of shots.

    The pinnacle year for the muscle car era 1970 with two of the Crown Jewels of that year.

    A 1970 GTO Ram Air IV Judge & a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 LS6.

    Sorry, thats all the shots she took. They aren’t big into cars like we are.

    These two cars next to each other reminds me of the movie Dazed and Confused.

    My grandfather had one of those! In yellow. Couldn't keep a working water pump to save its life. Pop eventually made a new one from scratch - it never failed.

    I could never drive it because I was too tall. The distance between the clutch and the steering wheel is damn short.

    Trust me, no you wouldn’t. I knew a guy in high school that had one. This was in the late 1970’s so the car couldn’t have been 5’ish years old. Constant problems with it, if I recall it had bad electrical issues along with other mechanical issues.

    my job as a teen when riding with my uncle in his Fiat was to strike the dashboard after we went over any bumps to make sure the lights would stay on, and if you came over a set of railroad tracks just right that electrical system would cut power, and the fuel would cut. spent a couple weeks with him repairing the wiring.
