Has any one tried installing the 19" trd rim that was offered for the 2008-2015 Scion XB. The specs are 5x114 48mm offset and 60mm bore. I have a 2gen tacoma 5 lug ? Any street tacomas running 19"s and what offset would you recomend?

    That’s a sharp looking wheel!

Did you ever figure out if these fit? I was wondering the same thing. Thanks

In terms of mounting the wheel, yes they will fit. For actual use I wouldn't do it. The xB TRD wheel is 8" wide with a +48 offset. For comparison the stock X-runner wheel is also 8" wide but with a +30 offset. Running the TRD wheel will put the wheel tire combo close to 3/4" further tucked. It could possibly be done running a 15mm spacer to get it further out.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes I currently have them on my tacoma. My truck is not an Xrunner just a base model. The rims and tires sit nice and flush. The rims hub bore sit perfect on the hub and no wheel wobble. The tires are 245/45/19.

That actually looks really good. I take back my statement on them not fitting well.

Thank you. Yes they sit nice on a base tacoma but would be way to small on an xrunner. The offset is way to high

Now I'm tempted to take my 20x8.5 +48 wheel off my xB and try them on the Tacoma. lol

I also have another set of rims 20x10.5 with a +45 front and +38 rear that are currently being painted. Currently the tires are rubber bands but my new tires come in next week. 265/40/20

Thanks Hayrider. They are for sale. The person I bought them from had them stored away for years. They just needed a good cleaning and polish. Unfortunately, I took them off and I also have them stored away. I like to hoard stuff lol. I am currently running my 20x10.5 rims. The scion rims are a great match for the 5 lug 2nd gen tacoma. Alot of people are surprised that the scion rims are TRD. FullSizeRender.jpg
