My house in Flagstaff is currently available July 10-12 and July 28-30. It really only meets your criteria for up north and this month but not really cabin, private or near water but hey...its up north . The remaining open days will probably book very quickly but I can block it if you are into those dates. There is more availability for August. Let me know.

Who’s gonna come up to flag and make me drive my truck in the next few weeks? Also itching to do some crawling if anyone wants to use their armor on a secret local trail.

I am curious what your curious local trail is.

I saw a huge dust cloud in the cinders from my backyard the other day and wondered if it was you.

Nah wasn’t me. Haven’t driven the truck in a few weeks. Dead doe wash is the trail. There’s almost no info on it and unless someone takes you there it’s hidden quite well.

You could probably struggle through it on 33’s and armor. It’s a fun little spot.

That had nothing to do with jumping through the cinders the day before

It's strange... I've worked on cars, computers, guns, all manner of things but when it comes to busting shit out in my house I feel completely and utterly out of my depth.

Stacked washer dryer is on order and the delivery is going to be not this Saturday, but the Saturday after that. I've gotta figure out how to demo a built in shelf, clean that up, and then figure out how on earth I'm gonna set up a room designed for side by side washer and dryer to work with a stacked arrangement.

The 240 and dryer vent are on one half of the wall, the water supply and drain is on the other half. I figured dryer vent and 240 are easier to move, but shiiit, I'm second guessing how exactly to get it sorted.

Are you on Reddit at all? It’s an excellent resource for asking most anything, including this. They might be able to give you some pointers or aim you in the right direction to give you some confidence. Just gotta ask in the right subreddit.

I've not had the best experiences over there.

Geardos / Wallet Warriors are a special type of weird, and if you thought mod drama was bad here, hoo boy.

So yeah, I don't even remember my username and login.

Most responses on reddit to DIY is once a piece of drywall is cut, well thats structural and were all gonna die. Oh, and you'll find a safe, post 1 pic and disappear from the earth forever.

We have different Reddit experiences then, at least in my experience. Some of the homeowners and trades subs offer up some really good advice.
