Holy shit 1/2" rod is thick though, unless that's what you'd make the spear head out of?

Get yourself a grinder and DIY that bitch.

Daaamn that's crazy AF, course it'd be out there.

You know the only people that enjoy my baked goods are those at home, and sometimes my neighbor still when I make extras.

Was craving an apple pie the other day so I made one, but damn did I mess up my lattice

    Resized_Resized_20230606_142948.jpg

Still baked well but I'm getting rusty already :annoyed:

    20230606_145220.jpg

What chocolate caramel thing? I made so much crap I forgot what I've made. Forgot I can make certain things like brioche, meringue pie, and other stuff the average person doesn't make at home

@eon_blue got to experience my sea salt chocolate cookies and chocolate ganache tart.

You making anything today or lately?

Family's been good though, especially my wife as her condition has improved tenfold and only getting better. And yeah I can't wait for Theo to start getting into my shit but hoping he either gets into welding, baking, or working on shitboxes

I may be disappointed if he wanted a Jeep though.

Trip tip for myself, seasoned tofu for Rebecca and some corn. Originally my sister and her family were gonna come over, like 6 more people but they decided not to last minute so we're just grilling for ourselves now. I'm kind of relieved tbh, it's a big ordeal having to host that many people in our place

If I'm having to "hang with family" I prefer going over versus hosting.

With hosting, you're stuck socializing until the last person leaves :bananadead:

But yeah I'm not much of a beer drinker these days but this one is delicious, odd to have such a high abv and not really be able to taste it.

You guys have the in laws over?

    You know it

She's into the cheese papas from the local French bakery lately, cheese inside of a breaded potato ball. This girl survives on cheese

I prefer beer myself, just sucks I'm out of this stuff now.

Naw we're over at my MIL house so just hanging out with her, my SIL, BIL, and niece.

We had barbecue ribs and tri tip and my MIL is watching Theo so no responsibilities for me

Stephanie was going to suggest for them to come over but I quickly shot that down
