    Need some noise canceling headphones, or peltor muffs.
    Way back in the day, I had these earplugs that were taper rings of silicone and a metal “bean” in the end. They worked beautifully to get rid of the percussion and still hear range instructions. Haven’t seen anything like that now. I do have some electronic muffs I got for the kids a few years back.

    Well, two days of sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, and every joint in my body complaining. I don’t have strep, it’s just Covid… I don’t get much choices on meds due to cross reactions, so it’s OTC fo me! I sleep in 2 hour spurts when my throat isn’t on fire. It’s weird to not be asleep and on a workday! I’ve found “Lonestar Law” about WLF over by @FishnTx . Dey got some hard laws on dem bull reds!
