Standard: 4 sets with hardware and shipping:
    $65.99 (mounts one case)

Heavy Duty: 6 sets with hardware and shipping:
    $87.99 (mounts one case)

These bracket sets are designed to securely mount rifle cases and assorted cargo boxes to a range of roof rack cross member sizes. ***Fits max 2” wide rack cross member and minimum 1” thick cross member unless a spacer is used.
These are universal brackets that don't require the use of T-Slots. These fit around the cross member providing additional mounting strenght and support.

Material: 1/8” 5052-H32 Aluminum Laser cut brackets

    Coating: Bare Alum, deburred.

    Hardware: 3/8-16 Thread

    See attached pictures.

    Install is simple

    1) Align your cases on your rack.

    2) Mark the holes using the flat bracket.

    3) Drill the holes to fit the supplied hardware set. If using the Standard kit, you only have 4 sets of holes per case, if using the Heavy Duty Kit, you will have 6 sets of holes per case.

    4) Mount the cases, with supplied hardware. Apply a bead of silicone around each internal hex/ nut if you feel necessary.

I don't need the product, yet... But man I love your roof rack! What all do you have on it? What brand is it? Once I figure out what roof rack to get, I'm pretty sure I'll need what you got!

These are way better than using the T-nuts, but looking at the design, won’t it slide sideways?

After 2 trips and over 200 dirt miles I have had no problem. If these would slide then the t nuts would also. Super snug.

What kind of roof rack and lights do you have? Looks sick.

Nice design! No need for gaskets or rubber washers in your opinion?

I think the clamping force would keep it from sliding sideways. My big Yakima roof-mounted cargo box uses the same technique with far less force (grabs on with just hand-tightened plastic clamps that don't even really fit the profile of the crossbar)--I can't get it to move when shoving it.
