The crawler still runs after I rebuilt the propane system and I didn't explode. Neat

    Pie looks :hungry:
messed up? - looks pretty good to me..
I got a bunch of peaches, maybe I should try making pie - it has been a long time..

You made the chocolate ganache tart and I imagined some caramel on top!

Made a bunch of Cuban bread for a party last night - it got inhaled quick; then I found the last loaf my boss stashed and ate it with some friends dunked in a bowl of butter solids [they clarified a bunch of butter, the 'leftover' milk solids are tasty AF]

I also made your biscuit recipe a few weeks back - but this time I had a bunch of fresh rosemary so I made rosemary, parm, bacon bit biscuits; came out really good.

    Glad she is doing better.
Naw, you won't be disappointed - b/c think of all the mechanical experience he will gain by owning said Jeep ;)

Nevermind me. I'm faking business at a 4th function I'd rather not be at. Bunch of squares here so I'm shotgunning PBR's at my truck on the street. Guess that's kinda fun though :burp:

    The chicken was disgraceful :puke:

My front is the only one that still works. I'm really not to beat up about the rear locker but I would like to have my four-wheel drive one working again

Lol yeah, you gotta remember culinary school is all about taste and presentation

You got points marked off just for anything that looked off, not to mention points off for texture, flavor, everything that can be seen, tasted, etc.

Peaches would be awesome for a frozen fruit pie...damn I may have to make one of those soon again. You got my pie dough recipes right? They work for tarts, fruit pies, meringues, all sorts of pies.

As for bread, aside from rolls and baguettes I haven't done anything else. Need me to get some bread pans; what do you use for the Cuban bread?

And you gotta post that recipe, rosemary, cheese, and bacon? Fuck that sounds good

Somehow Sofia has slept through it every year since 2020, no idea how she can do that but if I get up to use the bathroom quiet as can be, she's suddenly awake

Yeah I don't do presentation - if it tastes good, that is when I stop caring..

I am pretty sure the pie dough recipe is in the sweet patisserie thread - figured I could go dig it out or ask if I can't find it.

I don't have any bread pans - just sheet trays.

For the Cuban bread, I just make the loaf/baton shape, put it on parchment with some corn meal and let it do its final rise, cut the top with a razor blade --> oven

I kinda free wheel the biscuits - I make your recipe as the base, then toss in cheese, herbs and bacon bits if I got em, whatever amount seems reasonable.
I did tweak your recipe a bit and I have that written down.
