Pizza dip made, just needs to get baked but only after I make the baguettes



Though the one thing I dislike about making baguettes is how much flour it takes



Considering my sifter is small AF, keep forgetting to buy a bigger one



This placemat doubles as a baking sheet as well; I find it useful when punching and/or rolling out dough especially when it needs to get measured like these do

Screw that sifter shit - I tossed mine years back.
Now I just use a large mesh strainer over a bowl - goes alot quicker and if it gets gunky, its easy to clean

Just so used to the sifter method cause it's what we used for all our flours.

That's been probably the easiest cycle for me to break compared to my own upbringing, my dad was not the physically affectionate type at all. So far it hasn't been difficult in the least for me, but I know it's a lot easier with little kids vs older ones. But I figure setting the stage early is a good foundation for it
