Tires and tire pressure have as much to do with this as alignment. I have a set of Good Year Ultraterrain tires for winter and some Michelin LTX's for summer.
Both are the same size tire and wheel, same offset and pressures. The truck wanders a bit with the Michelins and has a bit more crown sensitivity than with the Good Year tire.

Guy, he had these Issues before the lift and tires.

op. Just do one thing at a time.
Wife down each component and check it off as you check it. Look at loose bolts/nuts. Check bushings. Look for damage on parts.
    Check the following

    uca
    Shock.
    Lca
    Knuckle
    Outer and inner tie rod
    Steering rack
    Steering linkage
The bolts and bushings that connect your frame to the body.

Ya I definitely think I'll just have to go down the list. Unfortunately it's almost like dangerous to drive my car so hopefully this gets solved quick.

Does anyone thing that the wandering could be an effect of the steering wheel vibration?

They could be. Could be something loose causing vibrations and the part to mess up your alignment back and forth as you drivers

for example, you can have a loose lca bolt, so it would make the lca not secure, causing it to rock back and forth making the vibration. And since it’s not tighten, it could make your adjustment go all over the place causing your caster or camber go back and forth, making your truck unstable

Sorry you're having this issue, hindsight is great, but if it "swayed" when you bought it you should have had the seller fix or not buy it. Unless I am 100% sure I know what the problem is, I'm not going to buy a used vehicle. If you take it back now, the seller will just say the lift you put on caused the issue. I really hope you find the solution soon as it sounds like you're really in a bad place. Best of luck to you.

If you got excessive steering wheel vibration that could be badly warped brake rotors. A buddy had some constant light pulsing vibration when cruising at 25-45 mph, you could feel through the cab in his tacoma, but the dealer told him it's normal for that trim....says they all have some...it's a 4wd truck.
On another note, he had a 3'' lift aded to his truck, with big ass tires that magnified the problem 5 times over, till he removed it going back to stock.

I've had 2 of these trucks..a 2020 Off Road double cab short bed and presently a 2022 Sport double cab long bed..both in totally stock configuration..and both tend to be wanderers.

Geez, I could go down a long stretch of these straight back woods highways, set the steering to stay in my lane, then remove the hands from the steering wheel. Truck will stay dead straight in that lane till the next corner, sometimes well over a 1/4 mile
My gen1 tundra wasn't even that good....it would always pull toward the center of the road.

Same here. I can remove hands from steering wheel and truck drives perfectly straight unless the pavement is not even.

That’s even after 2” lift and installing 33”x10” tires.

Something was missed here , go down the check list again , and I like the idea of possibly the tires .key would be to get another set of wheels and tires to borrow . I have a feeling it’s something simple.

Not that uncommon to get a bad set of tires, I seen it on my tundra, where two tire shops could not balance them.
