Before I start - yes, I have read and read and read trying to find the answers to my questions before posting a new thread. If a similar post has been made before, I can't find it.

But... I've found a good 2018 TRD Fox suspension on marketplace (15k miles, front struts and rear shocks, for $800). Would be a big upgrade from my stock offroad.

    My questions are:
    1) On my stock 2020 TRD off road I'm told I'll gain 1" of lift in the front by merely swapping the stock struts out for the fox struts, as the pro apparently sits 1" higher from the factory. I am looking at swapping the TRD pro springs for the eibach 2" lift springs, but I didn't want to go above 2" of total lift. Would the eibach 2" lift springs give me a total of 3" lift over stock? or just 2"?

    2) If the eibach springs would give me a total of 3" lift over stock, what could I do to get only 2"? Has anyone used a 1" spacer above the Pro Fox shocks?

    3) I'm planning to get a 1.5" AAL in the rear. I believe that I can do that with the pro shocks, but if somebody has heard otherwise please let me know.

I'd just buy the Eibach setup new and be done.

Are you referring to the Eibach springs *specifically designed* for the TRD Pro Fox suspension? I believe those are not a cumulative lift.

1: the eibach springs will give you 1.5 inches over stock pro, so you should be sitting at 2.5 total on a offroad.

    2: see 1

    3: yes you can

Yes, the ones in their "TRD Pro Lift Kit". There's a large thread for the springs on this site.

Just cause it’s made and put on trucks from the factory doesn’t mean it’s great. I’ve heard mixed reviews on the pro suspension in general.

If it were me, I would keep the truck stock until you have enough saved up to buy new shocks (fox 2.0 are great) from accutune off-road that is custom tuned for your truck! Those ride and perform the best

There are definitely better setups than the factory Pro suspension. After all, the Pro take-offs for sale were replaced with something better.

Just go out and buy the 2" Bilstein 5100's, or step up to the Bilstein 6122's and be done with someone else hand me downs...

Either is a nice 2" upgrade to the stock OR shocks.

I would not buy them but thats just me. I like my 5100s and for me they are perfect. I have been in a few Pros and don't see what is so great about the ride. It nice but not much difference in ride quality than mine but I'm sure the Fox is better suited for off roading.
