I happen to know they bought it for 330kish probably around 2016-17.

I'd have killed for that property a few years ago when we were looking. Lot of potential with the unfinished basement.

this is the first house on the hill, not in my subdivision. Borders it.

 

Definitely a nice setup. I remember seeing it from the main road. So much potential for that shop.

 

yeah. thats a proper sized shop! Needs insulation and the radiant floor heat setup. But still. Be so cool.

The bathtub in the middle of the master bathroom is odd to me. but definitely a nice property. Blank slate for the shop and basement would be awesome

I mastered this EP. Was fun to breath some life into it. was self produced and recorded by members of the band.
