I have a 2003 Tacoma 2wd. I got into a fender bender, and now it needs a new radiator support. How accurate are the aftermarket options? They all seem to look the exact same - do they use the same manufacturer?

Don't know but they will be close enough that slight modification should be easy for fitment.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
If they come from China they might be all made in the same building.

Quality can be so very hit or miss.

I would look for one from a part out.

How bad is your Radiator support that your truck was not totaled?

The passenger fender is crumpled - stopped at firewall. The core support tore while pulling out the fender to move it. I didn't have insurance at the time, so It didn't get totalled out.

Maybe I could have. But I already have the apron off, and the core was torn while clearing the tire.

Just buy a cheap ebay one. Generally the issue is they don't fit perfectly but you can always do some minor pulling and bending to get it to fit which you'll have to do anyways since it was in an accident.

It's upsetting me that they all have different prices, but they use the same pictures. How can I tell how well the part is made? Could it be that I'm using Google, and they get paid to promote the companies they promote?

How do different companies have the exact same picture?

On my 1986 pickup I ended up replacing the whole front end, so both inner fenders and core support as one unit. I was able to find a good one at Upullit. Welding is a bit tricky with the thin metal but it can be done

Why are all the different brand pictures the exact same? Not the part, the pictures, man. It's just shady.

I did find the hood and fender at a local auto body parts store, both made in Taiwan

I had good luck with Ebay (keystone) fenders on my 97. The hood came from Keystone via a body shop. I have an Amazon rad support! Glad you saved that truck

I went with an ebay replacement. It worked out well just take your time lining everything up.
