Recently i took cold air intake box and blocked off the inner fender intake tube and added a flexible hose to create a ram air effect on the air filter box.
Im assuming thats why i am now getting a P0101 code.

Anyway to easily fool the MAF but still take advantage of the ram air ??

I wouldn’t suggest trying to “fool” the MAF.
Doing so will cause you to be Rich or Lean.

I’d recommended removing the ram air and returning it back to stock.
The gains, if any, wouldn’t be enough to justify what you are doing.
I’d recommended a good quality air filter, changed at the appropriate interval over a “custom” ram air.

Now getting a P0420 (which i expect because removed CAT platinum and installed spark plug fouler), but also getting a P0157 and P0158 one is for O2 high volt and other is circuit voltage too low.
    That just seems odd.

I say clear the codes and see if only one comes back.
I can’t figure out how you have High and Low voltage on the same sensor?

Did you happen to unplug the sensation some point?

Me neither seems like before not sure i had high and low voltage codes but i had throwing number different codes some of them for O2 but then cleaned the throttle body and it stopped doing it.
I know the driver downstream sensor has a dent in the metal shell near where the wires come off top of sensor but still seems weird i would have both high and low voltage codes at the same time.

O2 codes like that can be hard to diagnose without looking at scan data and watching the activity on all 4 sensors as well as fuel trims under various driving conditions, the fact that you have modified the exhaust and have parts in place to try to "fool" the sensor complicates things as that can cause odd codes since the PCM may not be seeing what it expects from the downstream sensors.
