Girlfriend is registering this beauty today. It's a 76 with 98 miles on it. Her dad bought it back then, put 91 miles on it, lost the key, and stored it away in a dark corner of the garage until we pulled it out, got it re-keyed, and resurrected it. She's done her rider training course with the specific goal of getting licenced to take this beast down the road. It's so much fun to burn around on. I've put the additional 7 miles on it, but promised her to keep my hands off of it so she can have the honor of rolling over the 100 mile mark.

Mine is..... less period correct than y'all  those are beautiful though.

Five or six years ago I paid a guy $600 for two CT90s and a CT200 that were half buried in mud. Took the best parts and cobbled them together into one working bike and sold the other two frames and engines and made most of my money back. Then went through and did a full mod on the frame I kept the next winter in my apartment. Did an early CB front end to get rid of the leading link suspension, longer shocks on the back, bobbed the tail, stupid-looking (but I love it) super moto front fender, LED light bar and LED tail light, re-did the whole wiring harness, did a 12v branch circuit off the 6v native system. Yadda yadda. The engine never quite recovered, it would go about 35-40mph after a full rebuild and it would start stuttering hard, my best diagnosis was a bad condenser, but it was a weird one that was extremely hard and expensive to find. Ended up swapping in a YX140 with electric start and never looked back. 1st gear is still short enough and the engine is torguey enough to climb a tree, so I'm not mad about losing dual range, but 4th will go 60mph with room to keep going. I was able to keep the stock exhaust, too.

just a couple of things tbh
i agree with this... id love an adventure bike but it really wont fit my riding around here so a naked sport bike would be best for riding back and forth to work and keep the klx for supermoto stuff or dirt stuffs

but then i see stuff like this and just want it lol

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I think I am on my 6th rally fairing I have done in a bike. After about the 3rd ya just don’t care anymore…you will eat PB&J if necessary:)

I just may. Had some phones die and I ain’t a sentimental person….as you can see by the way I move thru bikes.
    Let me look for ya.
The first one I made myself with cutting up a Lowes bucket. It actually looked great!

we used to make street fighter headlight cowls this way.
