Just got the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT 295/70/17 installed today. They look beefier than some MT’s out there.

 

@AustinPaowers very rugged looking rig! Nice choice of tires. Looking forward to your personal reviews of the tires. Many forum members should find it helpful when deciding what tires to buy.

 

Very nice. I got the same ones sitting in my garage waiting for my Ridge Grapplers to finally wear out enough to bin them. I bought them now since they ain't getting any cheaper. I hope these last longer and don't chunk like the Nittos have on rocks, especially shale

 

So after some flexy lines it does rub a bit at full stuff on factory bumps.

CMC and trimming inner fender liner, no rub at ride height. offroading rub TBD

295 75 16 on Method 701's. They look damn good!

 

@NickGTI32 love the rugged and capable look of your Taco! Could you be more specific about what it is you like/dislike about the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss? Would love a real world review.

@runandgun18 they do look fantastic, and the snorkel too. Bronze just pops.

 

The dream setup, -10 and 295's! Can you give suspension details and more pics to show the offset? I need the offroad update ASAP.

 

no rubbing offroad but i did do a bit more heat gun work on the front inner fender liner before off-roading. definitely needed the CMC

i just have the trd lift kit from Toyota which is a 2 inch front lift using billstein 5100s and a 1 inch block in the back, also 5100s in the back. stock leaf springs and coil springs

 

I'm looking at 295/75/15 Cooper at3 xlt .. do they come black sidewall ? Everything I've read says raised white lettering.. I'd prefer black sidewalls

I moved up to the Elka 2.5 IFP. Similarities … but crazy velvety smooth when the washboards come.

 

@Jeffvt0508 Cooper makes the 295/75R16 in RWL only, which simply gives you the option to face white letters out or in. Don't hesitate to shoot us a DM if we can assist you further.

 

i think one side of the tire is white and other is black so just ask for white letters facing in when u get the tires mounted to the rims. i think its the same woth KO2's, only sell white lettered version but you just flip it in if u want it black
