    Once you crack em loose, it'll be fine. Think I got a coupla propane bottles.
    The pita part is holding the dern carrier still. I litterally had to build a custom 2x4 vice to lock the carrier in while doing mine.

    how early you gotta be back? i think we are looking at 3 or 4 for the ribs.

    im doing 5 racks of ribs instead of 3........and i got my apple wood chips to smoke them with. got my dry rub made up....tomorrow, im prepping them......dammit man....im ready to eat!! my secret homemade bbq sauce....oh hell yeah!!:hungry:
