Well best bet do a quick compression and leak down and drop the oil rule out catastrophic failure pretty quick. Any notable white/blue exhaust when it sputters?

So this is very likely due to the install, definitely go through everything.
Sorry I’m not much help than that, but I’m assuming it’s an involved job and no one but the installer knows what all was touched.

Somethings unplugged or you cut a wire somewhere.

I would check every electric connection on bank 1 side (I believe passenger side).

Also make sure all your grounds are still connected.

Im gonna go out at say sounds like some wire was touching somewhere it wasn't or got too close to a heat source and cooked it. Thats since you only put a short amount of miles on it since install and it was working shortly. Would make the most sense to me.

Can we get some photos of this control box? This sounds like URD is using a piggy back ECU to get the Toyota computer to play nice and it's pissing it off. Piggy back ECU's are known to be problems back in the day before flashing was a thing. Lot of Honda guys struggled with them trying to get them to play nice. You either have something wired funky/bad connection or that control box you're talking about is messed up. Most FI guys on here flash with VF Tuner which allows full control and adjustment of these trucks. It's the only way I would use to tune FI on these vehicles.

    Ok
Heres a pic. Manufacturer said codes were telling. And i should wire it back to normal. No tuning and it would run rich. Same behavior, sounds like a model t attempting to start (but doesnt) with the same codes. Ive found severall smaller sensor fixes for crankshaft codes, but im afraid the reality of the situation is bad. Help.

    Oof.

I can't offer any help with your Tacoma, but I did have a Rotrex C30 SC on my old BMW 318is with an S52 from an E36 M3 under the hood. Way back in 2009.

It made about 400 rwhp, but it only lasted ~6 months (no idea on mileage as ODO was broken, but definitely many thousands) before the supercharge detonated internally. The main shaft just exploded into a bunch of pieces. Caused the SC to lock up every ~15 or so degrees, before breaking free violently, causing belt slippage and some ABS/battery/CEL lights to illuminate on the dash. The car was OBD-I, so barely any usable info from the ECU.

It was a sad day when I had to go back to NA power. The C30 is now a paperweight stored in a cabinet.

Best of luck in your repairs.

Whatever you do, do not send the Rotrex to superchargerrebuild.com (or any similar name). They/he has been stealing from people for years and years now.

Something like that. Finally got a hold of him (he added an 's' to the end of his email address, so it looked like I never responded to his original email chain) and then he sent me back a unit that wasn't mine (severely damaged/melted housing). Told him I had a picture of the SC when I sent it to him, so he finally sent me back my unit, unrepaired.
