You could just tell it had a little too much plastic still inside the actual whole from production. Just took a couple scoops with my pocket knife lol.

Lift plus the wheels, grill and locker. Prob still priced above where it should be but it’s not for everyone. I would choose the locker over crawl control any day of the week.

You don’t get fogs which sucks but they are pre wired.

Now that rack looks good. I will keep this one in mind. It’s my next upgrade. Good looking truck.

Did they give you your old fog lights and bezels? If they did it would be a super easy switch back. If they didn’t, I’d go get them back.

I had a vehicle in between unfortunately so I’ll probably just need to start fresh.

I pulled the trigger an ordered a Stage 3A kit with Fox Performance Elite Series shocks from Accutune today.

That should be the last mod for the Tacoma for awhile. Keyword “should”.

To all the positive comments, again, thanks, I appreciate it.
To answer Abominator's request- I think so.
I've had a few people ask about either making these or if they could get the print file. I think between my buddy and myself ,we don't have the time or are set up to make these and send them out, plus, these were kind of a prototype/ proof of concept, and there's a few things that would have to be sourced by the end user.
But, that being said, I believe he's good with making the print file available. Im not sure if there is someway to make a file for it here on this site, or if he should send it to one of the sites like Thingiverse, and anyone can get it there. Maybe someone has a suggestion on that.
As far as parts you would need to scrounge or source, there are some rubber feet, and spacers, plus a few 10-32 or 5mm bolts. I cant provide much info on the rubber feet or spacers as these were scrounged out of the "all providing dumpster of treasures" that is located at work. See pics below.

Ah dang. My buddy bought a 4runner TRDOR and got the pro package put on it. They tried to keep all his take off stuff. I was just wondering if this was the same kind of thing. Your truck looks great BTW!

Thanks! I looked at several options and I thought RCI had the best looking one IMO. Everything went together nicely and the install wasn't bad at all. Thank you!

It wasn't a problem with either of my first gens.... My son flipped my Silver 03 sr5 4x4 v6 and luckily survived the wreck. That truck had 475k and a new frame with almost zero rust...I wish I still had that truck. It would have over 600k and still be running..

I really tried to replace it cheap... I had NO IDEA these things were worth so much damn money... I would have had full coverage... I figured the truck was worth $1000 tops.....it didn't owe me anything.

I wound up getting a pretty rusty 02 SR 4x4 V6 that had a new frame to replace it... I put 100k on it in 4 years, but it just wasn't the same .. the frame was pristine, the rest of the truck was rotting away ..... I chased rust for a few years and lost....Lesson learned ....

I bit the bullet on this one and just grabbed it brand new. I didn't get the color I wanted, but I didn't really care because I got the price I wanted. Went with the lowest package (aside from utility), 4x4 and I went with a 4cyl for it's previous track record.

5k mile oil changes seem to work best.. 10k is just too long. I'm just still trying to replace that trusty old silver first gen

I have an SR grille. I did my own thing here (2x2 version of raptor lights), but you get the idea. You could install any variation of raptor lights if you want to drill a few holes. Just saying. You don't need a new grille just to add raptor lights.
