    We have a couple of spots in our living room over there by the fireplace they we rarely venture upon due to the fact that there's really no reason to. We gots one of them vacuums that kinda says 'don't worry, I got this' so its been a couple of weeks since I've pushed the regular vacuum around. Long story, short...if yer floor ever looks like this...sell yer house immediately.
    And before you say anything, I know...its fucking crazy. :eek:

    Wanna see a nifty water leak? I got you. My fat ass finally crawled under there today. Now I'm even more pissed off than normal, topped off with a massive headache caused by stress and a dab of mold. And....I lost 4 pounds today. A fucking ice maker did this.
    Insurance is covering the tear out, not sure what else yet. Either way, its getting fixed starting tomorrow.

    I'm so glad ours has been paid for a purdy good while. We've been talking sum remodel stuff, now we aint talking, we're gettin it did. Prolly gonna do new flooring in the bedrooms along with the living room.

    Side note:
    You may want to consider a metal roof; they're pricey butt I aint had the first shingle blow off since we got one. :laugh:
