A lot bigger than it looks, but I'm not a huge fan of having my neighbors attached to me...

 

The master suite in the Faradaday is impressive, featuring not only a sitting room, but his and hers walk-in closets...

 

I was referring to the entry, if the door is a standard 36" wide the entry hallway is less than 48" wide.

And I agree, my neighbors are 1/4 mile away - close enough.

Lennox data sheets are among the easiest to decipher, but this brings us to one of the things that I hated about the houses in this neighborhood. The main floor back decks did not have any stairs, so accessing the virtually nonexistent backyard of either model required going out the front door and walking around back in the pouring rain. As I said in the HVAC thread, I believe based on the size of the houses and a few other factors that these are both no larger than 3.5 nominal tons.

Both of the secondary bedrooms in the Faraday have walk-in closets!

 

I don't want my neighbors closer than 1/4 mile --
-- sure as hell don't want guests...

So sterile. I hate all these new cookie cutter neighborhoods.

 

I did like the kitchen in the Faraday...

 

The garage of the Faraday mode has been temporarily converted into a finished sales office, and will be turned back into a garage when the development is sold out...
