    Of the 110 planned homes, I'd say that maybe half a dozen have been completed, including the two decorated models. At least two have been sold from what I saw, and I have a feeling that this neighborhood will sell out fast!

    There was a third floorplan called the Westmont, which was not modeled, and the sales guy told me that only the two modeled floorplans were available; I'm thinking that the Wesmont will be released in a future phase of the development...

    And the neighborhood doesn't even have a community center and/or a pool! The townhouse my parents owned from 2007 to 2016 was in a neighborhood with huge community center that had a pool and a gym! I don't know about Horsham Township where these houses are, but Warrington Township where I live requires all neighborhoods being built to have an HOA. Whenever a new house is built that isn't in a neighborhood, one of the first things the builder/realtor/seller proudly proclaims is that there is no HOA!
