I’ve done Pinyon Mountain three times with my boyfriend in his Jeep. I watched a 3g Tacoma go through the squeeze with no body damage, and also a couple of the new wide body broncos. I personally wouldn’t take my Tacoma because I don’t think I’m skilled enough, and I would probably damage something. Also, heart attack hill is no joke. The thing about the squeeze is, every time you go through it, it’s different. Rocks are always stacked differently so you never know how it’s going to be.

It's not bad. More scenic than anything. 4x is ideal but you don't need much to run the trail.

Like Shane said it's scenic. There's a couple of spots that are moderately challenging but not that bad if you pick your line. Last time I ran it a guy in a jeep and a 2nd Gen were ahead of us and walking a couple of the "obstacles". I watched their line through and then didn't follow as they made it significantly harder than it should have been. Hell, a stock outback can run it:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHC7c8dunfc

From what I remember the hardest part of the whole drive is at the 16 minute and 18 minute marks in the video.

Rodriguez spur truck trail which is an off shoot of Oriflamme is rather rough, but has by passes too.

Any of you SD guys going to OC Yota Nights tonight in Anaheim? But of a drive as it is for me. I’m hitting it up with one or both of my sons. Need to get some miles on mine to hopefully not see a CEL return since new throttle body.

Say what’s up if you see me chilling by the Dirt Yota!

Hey guys, I'm new to this thread. I have a 2018 taco. A few weeks ago I had a rodent get into my fuel harness and I was able to get some help from my girls father to solder that back together. Now I basically took over of putting my truck back together. But I then noticed I had a fuel leak. It was coming from the fuel feed line ( see pictures ) now I can tell the left one is slightly off its not centered. It's so difficult to move. I can't see to loosen the other one to be able to get that one in. I'm basically looking for help. And just for that line only the rest I have figured out. I really hate to ask for help. And I'm on here because I'm a single mom And can't afford to take it to a mechanic. I can shoot 50-100 bucks the most, buy you some food. I'm kinda desperate. I've done what I could on my own. If anyone knows anyone willing to help. I live near poway off the 15 fwy. Please no hate

See I was told i shouldn't remove that sensor, and no one please come for me but I was using an adjustable wrench to loosen that nut. Cause thats whar my girls father used. But I wasn't able to get that other nut loosened. I bought some crowfoot wrenches and still wasn't able to get it off.

Not sure if you looked thru the FSM. HIGHLY recomend that when messing with fuel. . You can loosen up the fuel delivery pipe bolts and nuts to give you some slack. Also it calls for a 17mm wrench on those unions. High pressure fuel lines are not fun. If that part is pretty beat up you might want to save up for a new one. Truck fire would be no bueno.

FYI the manual also says that pressure sensor is a 1 time on/off thing. Those aren't cheap. Be careful what someone recommends unless they can quote a manual.

Yes I read that not to remove that sensor. Also that line is like $50 at toyota I checked so it's not too bad if I need to replace it. I'm just looking for someone to help with that line. So if anyone again knows someone willing to help.

I'm busy this week, but if someone wants to tackle it you just need to loosen these bolts first so the hard lines will match up.fuel 2.jpg
