    Speaking of music, have you hear Falling in Reverse "reimagine" last resort? Pretty damn good.

    Ummmm I don't think the new guy boss man hired is quite as competent as he thought he was :boom:

    20230711_142517.jpg

    That's all from trying to make one angled cut. Thank the mechanical gods I didn't have to rush him to the hospital. At least he took me seriously about wearing all the appropriate PPE

    The fuck...2 sun visors per?

    20230711_133552.jpg

    Thousands of miles spent driving north on 101 or the 5, and this could've helped so much when the sun is hitting you from the front and/or sides as you drive up the freeway.

    Previous guy that quit was an old grizzled fuck that hated those guards with a passion. Ripped em off and threw em away years ago. When I first showed him this morning how to cut "safely" without those guards, I was complaining about how important they are and stressing what NOT to do..

    he apparently wanted to test my words out this afternoon :laughing:

    Amazingly enough, he received one lil scratch when the biggest disk exploded. But he was wearing my complete set up of leather apron, heavy leather gloves, safety glasses and face shield + hearing protection.

    It could've been a real gruesome scene cause he told me part of the shrapnel bounced off the face shield

    Now that is luxury! Our mini had that but more because of the shaped of the car wouldn't make it work any other way. I prefer the 6" strip of 5% limo tint at the top of the windshield, no visor needed then.

    So...what exactly were the qualifications for being hired?

    Able to come in to work?

    It's crazy how a lot of cars even went away from having any tint or anything up top.

    5% though...yeah I need to add tint thanks for the reminder.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Usually he's more stringent than that. This guy was hired because he has a personally relationship with the owner. He used to own his own concrete cutting company and was a customer of ours. His work truck and all his equipment got stolen and he's old enough, instead of starting over again, he liquidated what was left of his company and asked Bill for a job.

    Bill assumed because he ran a small business by himself he was a better "jack of all trades" but clearly cutting concrete is not the same as manufacturing equipment lol

    Yeah I hate the fishbowl effect of not having tint. Luckily the luxury cars usually come with it. I put 5% on the Tacoma and love it. A bit dark at night but oh well. Beats the heat during the summer. The windshield strip was really easy to install on the Tacoma.
